1- Undertakings
With respect to the use of the social media content that has been and will be produced by me, I hereby declare and undertake that I give my irrevocable personal consent, for perpetual and global use, to the usage rights listed below, and that I transfer these rights to AKS KOZMETİK SAN. VE TİC.A.Ş. (“Company”), the manufacturer and owner of Mineaderm brand products.

I hereby declare and undertake that the rights listed above belong to me; that AKS KOZMETİK SAN. VE TİC.A.Ş. shall not suffer any loss arising from any prior transfer of these rights by me to other persons or institutions; that I am aware of the information provided and of my legal rights regarding the transfer of these usage rights; and that I know and accept the terms of the commercial relationship I am in with AKS KOZMETİK SAN. VE TİC.A.Ş.
2- Clarification and Explicit Consent Declaration under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698
A. Clarification Text
Within our company AKS KOZMETİK SAN. VE TİC.A.Ş. , for the purpose of carrying out the final evaluation of our company's products and, following this evaluation process, carrying out reporting, R&D, corrections and the related finalization of the Company's products, and due to the final versions of the Company products to be used by you and the information regarding these products to be reported by you and communicated to the Company, the following personal data of yours will be processed by the Company:

- Contact Information
- Address Information
- Social Media Account Information
- Health Data
- Biometric Data
Pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, our Company, as the "data controller", will record, classify, process, store and update the personal data you provide, and may disclose them to third parties where permitted by legislation; within the scope of the aforementioned legal regulation, we hereby inform you regarding our mutual rights and obligations.
a) Data Controller
Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the "data controller" is our Company, AKS KOZMETİK SAN. VE TİC.A.Ş.
b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data and Legal Grounds
Your personal data listed above, which you have provided in connection with the marketing activities for our Company's products, the planning of collaborations to be carried out with you, R&D, reporting, corrections and the related sale of the Company's products, will be processed within our Company for the following purposes:
- Reporting
- R&D
- Corrections
- Development of Company products
- Marketing activities
- Sale of Company products
- Planning of collaborations
- Archiving and storage activities
Your personal data may be processed for the purposes disclosed by you to the Company and listed above, in accordance with the conditions and principles set out in Article 4 of the Law, namely (a) lawfulness and compliance with rules of good faith, (b) being accurate and, where necessary, up to date, (c) being processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, (ç) being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed, and (d) being retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed; and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
c) Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer
Your personal data listed above, which you have provided in connection with the marketing activities for our Company's products, the planning of collaborations to be carried out with you, R&D, reporting, corrections and the related sale of the Company's products, may, with the exception of your special categories of data, be transferred by our Company, within the scope of the purposes listed above, to the following parties:

d) Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds
Your personal data listed above, which you have provided in connection with the marketing activities for our Company's products, the planning of collaborations to be carried out with you, reporting, R&D, corrections and the related sale of the Company's products, are collected by our Company, within the scope of the purposes listed above, solely through this form and in a digital environment.
e) Rights of the Data Subject
By applying to our Company, you have the right to learn whether your collected personal data have been processed; to request information in this regard if they have been processed; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom the data have been transferred, whether domestically or abroad; to request the correction of the data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request the deletion or destruction of the personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the aforementioned Law; to request that the operations carried out within the scope of the correction, deletion or destruction described above be notified to the third parties to whom the data have been transferred; to object to the emergence of a result to your detriment through the analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for the damage in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of the data.
As personal data subjects, in order to state your requests regarding your rights and to exercise your rights over your personal data, you may carry out the necessary procedures such as changes, updates and/or deletion, and submit the related requests, via the contact information available at https://mineaderm.com/, via the Company's official e-mail address info@mineaderm.com with a secure electronic signature or via your personal e-mail address, or by applying in writing, in person or through a notary, to the address of the Company AKS KOZMETİK SAN. VE TİC.A.Ş.

B. Explicit Consent Declaration of the Data Subject
Within the framework of the information provided to me under Section A above, I hereby declare that I have provided of my own free will the special categories of personal data processed within the scope of this entire text; I declare that I explicitly consent to the use and recording by the Company of the special categories of personal data I have provided for the purposes stated above, to their transfer domestically or abroad for these purposes, and to the storage, recording and sharing with third parties of my personal contact information within the terms of this consent declaration; and I accept and declare that I have learned all of my rights, including my right to request information regarding the processing and protection of my personal data, and that I have been informed that I may at all times exercise my rights in accordance with the Law by applying to the data controller.
