User Agreement
It is recommended that the following terms, rules, and legal responsibilities of the User Agreement be read before using www.mineaderm.com (“Site”). The subject of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is to determine the conditions of membership for benefiting from the www.mineaderm.com website and all portals and services contained therein (hereinafter you will be referred to as “User” or “Member”).
If the stated terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the www.mineaderm.com site. By using the site and filling out forms that include your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
The web pages on our site and all pages connected to it are owned and operated by AKS KOZMETİK SAN. VE TİC.A.Ş. (“Company”) at www.mineaderm.com. Users, while using all services provided on the site, are subject to the following conditions and are deemed to have accepted that they: have the right, authority, and legal competence to enter into a contract according to the laws they are subject to; are over 18 years old; have read and understood this Agreement; and are bound by the terms written in this Agreement.
1. Rules of Use and Security
The www.mineaderm.com site is open to all members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.
In the following cases, site management may restrict a member’s use of the site and reserves legal rights regarding individuals involved in the following actions:
1.a. Entering incorrect, irregular, incomplete, or misleading information, using expressions contrary to general moral rules, or content that violates the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of site content.
1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damage resulting from sharing or unauthorized use of their username, password, or other access credentials with third parties. Likewise, the User may not use someone else’s IP address, email address, username, or other personal information, nor access or use other users’ private information without permission. The User accepts all legal and penal liabilities arising from such use.
1.d. Using software or conducting activities that threaten the security of the site, interfere with the operation of the site or software, or attempt to obtain, delete, or alter information.
2. Responsibilities
2.a. Information about users visiting www.mineaderm.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked to provide better service.
2.b. After completing the required registration fields and verifying their email, the user may start using the www.thepuretsolutions.com site under the terms specified in this Agreement.
2.c. Users agree to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decrees and Laws on Trademark and Patent Protection, Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation, and any announcements published by www.mineaderm.com regarding its services. Users are responsible for any legal, penal, or financial consequences resulting from violations.
2.d. If a user violates the obligations specified in this Agreement or general rules announced on www.mineaderm.com, the user’s access may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and/or the account may be terminated.
2.e. Users cannot act in ways that prevent or hinder other users’ access to www.mineaderm.com, nor overload or lock servers or databases with automated programs. Any fraud attempts will result in termination of membership, and the user accepts all resulting legal and penal responsibilities.
2.g. Users may not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or any notices on materials copied or printed from www.mineaderm.com.
2.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through www.thepuretsolutions.com. Users who terminate their membership will lose access to the site and accept that this action is irreversible.
2.j. Relationships between site users and third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.
2.m. Certain areas of the site may have specific rules and obligations. Users of those areas are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
2.n. To protect the privacy and personal information of users, please read the “Privacy Policy” and “Disclosure Statement” sections.
2.o. Users agree that the payment information (credit card, mobile number, etc.) provided for transactions on the site is accurate, and accept full legal and penal responsibility for any consequences arising from it.
3. Termination of Agreement
3.a. This Agreement remains in effect until the member cancels their membership or the Company terminates it. The Company may unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the member violates any provision.
3.b. If the Company detects a violation of membership terms, it will notify the member and request correction. If the member does not correct the violation within 24 hours, the Company may suspend access to all or part of the services until resolved.
3.c. The Company may immediately suspend services if it reasonably believes:
(a) the user’s use of services may negatively affect other customers or the servers/network used;
(b) there is unauthorized third-party access;
(c) immediate suspension is required to comply with applicable law.
The suspension will be lifted when the cause is resolved, and the Company will inform the user of the reason as soon as possible, unless prohibited by law.
4. Privacy
The Company takes personal data and information security seriously and implements all necessary measures. Members agree to comply with these privacy rules throughout the site.
User information will not be used for purposes outside those stated in this Agreement or shared with third parties. Exceptions include legal obligations, contractual requirements, or protection of users’ rights and security.
The Company may also collect IP addresses and social network registration data for system troubleshooting and statistical analysis. Users’ identities will not be revealed in these processes.
The Company may change this privacy policy at any time by publishing updates on the site. Changes take effect upon publication.
5. Force Majeure
Parties are not liable for failures to fulfill obligations due to natural disasters, fires, explosions, internal wars, uprisings, wars, riots, mobilization, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, infrastructure and internet failures, power outages, and other uncontrollable circumstances (“Force Majeure”). Obligations are suspended during such periods.
6. Integrity and Enforceability
If any provision of this Agreement is partially or completely invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
7. Amendments
The Company may modify services or terms of this Agreement partially or entirely at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Users are responsible for tracking changes and are deemed to accept them by continuing to use the services.
8. Evidence Agreement
Company records, including computer and fax records, are accepted as evidence under the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. Users agree not to object to these records.
9. Notification Addresses
9.a. Users are not required to provide postal addresses. The email provided to www.mineaderm.com will serve as the official address for notifications regarding this Agreement.
9.b. Parties must notify any changes to their email addresses within three (3) days; otherwise, previous addresses are considered valid.
9.c. Notifications sent by www.mineaderm.com are deemed delivered one day after sending. Users confirm having read, understood, and accepted all provisions and the accuracy of their information.
10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement are under the jurisdiction of Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices.
Membership registration confirms that the member has read and accepted all provisions, and the Agreement becomes effective immediately upon registration.
