Return Policy

Since we have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when it arrived, meaning unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without prior return request approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current product and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any justification. As mentioned above, the product must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund request is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
